    We will treat your submission as confidential and sensitive information.  Other than publication of aggregated or de-identified information in the manner described above, we will only disclose information provided in your submission in the following ways:

    ·         to TasNetworks to use in its capacity as state planner and for the purpose of Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) design. Disclosure of your information to TasNetworks will be on the condition that the information is confidential and sensitive information;
